North Hall on the OSU-CHS campus officially opened on July 28, 2022. Originally budgeted to cost $62 million, the project come in on time and significantly under budget, although final costs are still being determined. The project was a collaborative endeavor with the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to build a 120,000-square-foot, four-story building. 

 

The Medical Examiner’s Office will occupy a portion of the first and second floor and will contribute $22 million towards construction costs. OSU-CHS will use the rest of the space to house a new anatomy and neuroanatomy labs, conference rooms, instructional learning spaces and offices for administration, select research centers and academic programs.
